All orders are dispatched from our Sydney office, and we work seven days a week, so your order will get posted out on the next business day.

Australian customers

New Zealand customers

For our friends in New Zealand, kia ora! Yes, we’ll ship your SIM Card from over here in Aussie. Regular Air Mail costs $5 and will take 5-15 business days via Australia Post.

Rest of the world customers

It doesn’t matter where you live, you can still buy our eSIM if you have an eSIM compatible phone. We don’t send anything to you in the post, and instead the eSIM is set-up via email.

We currently do not deliver physical SIM Cards outside of Australia or New Zealand.
